Kurtwood L Greene Sr. is the President of the Bahamas Volleyball Federation (BVF). For the past 30 years, Mr. Greene has participated in various leadership positions in and out of volleyball.
He has acquired skills and knowledge specific to volleyball that encompass all aspects of the game. From administering and coaching to organizing tournaments and managing teams, he has done it all.
He is an FIVB Certified Level II Coach and a Pan American Sports High Performance Coach. In addition, he is FIVB Volleyball e-Score and VIS Certified.
He currently leads the Bahamas Scholastic Athletic Association (BSAA), which provides opportunities for young students to compete, fellowship, and acquire knowledge in a wholesome environment. Before becoming its president, he was the treasurer of both the BSAA and the New Providence Volleyball Association (NPVA).
Due to his leadership roles, he is frequently invited to work with the Bahamas Ministry of Education, Technical and Vocational Training, and the Ministry of Youth, Sports, and Culture.
His career involves business management and Software Development.
